The Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board has identified a number of graduate attributes that are expected of students who complete an Engineering program, including the grad attribute Lifelong Learning. This resource outlines some strategies and activities for fostering and assessing Lifelong Learning for students in an undergraduate Geomatics program, split into four categories: Identify and Address One's Own Educational Needs, Maintain Competence, Reflection, and Metacognition. They are meant to be a starting point for suggestions, not an exhaustive list, and can be adapted for your own teaching context.
