There is hope.
I’m more worried about the US election tomorrow than I was for the Canadian election that I could actually vote in. I’m frustrated and saddened at how polarized and divisive the election has been so far, and I have difficulty imagining a country recovering quickly from that kind of split. I would be surprised by just how close the polls have been so far – except for living in a riding that is just as polarized and locked-in for the incumbent conservative party despite more rational options being available.
But, there is hope.
