my blog is being used as a testbed for the mollom wordpress plugin. apparently I get a whole different kind of spam than what they're used to seeing, and that's why much is sneaking through. I must be a real edge case - my Twitter account was used to stress test the twitter cloud app, and now my blog is being used to stress test a spam filter...
